Editorial identity
JQPP does not use invented editorial personas. Some editors choose not to publish their personal biographies or external profiles on the journal website. Johnny Kao is publicly identified as an editor. The journal is published by Japan Professional Press and is not presented as affiliated with a university, scholarly society, or government body unless such an affiliation is explicitly documented.

Direct invitations
JQPP may contact authors whose publicly available work appears relevant to the journal's scope. Invitations should identify the work or subject that prompted the contact and should not imply prior acceptance. Authors are encouraged to verify the journal through this website before submitting.
Publication infrastructure
The public journal is generated from version-controlled source files and deployed over HTTPS through Cloudflare. Published article metadata and PDFs are maintained separately from incoming submissions. Incoming submission files are not placed in the public publication repository.
JQPP currently maintains operational version history and backups through its private publication repository. It does not currently claim participation in a formal long-term preservation service such as CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, or Portico.
Paid transactions
Publication payment is requested only after editorial acceptance. Payment is made through a secure Stripe Payment Link. JQPP does not offer open checkout or payment-before-review.
Why this page exists
JQPP prefers verifiable current facts over badges, logos, or future-facing claims. When a status changes—for example, if an ISSN is assigned or DOI registration is introduced—this page should be updated only after the change can be independently verified.
